For those working groups that have finalised their improvement initiatives, your legal leadership team will run another innovation workshop (Sprint 1) and onboard new members of the legal team as change champions, validate existing and brainstorm new focus areas and ideas, (re)prioritise these, and then commence a new delivery cycle commencing at Sprint 2. ILTA Peter Dombkins is a Director, NewLaw, at PwC Australia. He is a national leader in applied legal transformation and project management for professional services and has received awards by the Financial Times and AIPM for change/LPM and humanitarian projects that I have led. He is a first Adjunct Associate Professor in Legal Transformation at the University of NSW and is the first Legal Project Manager (LPM) to be AIPM peer-accredited as CPPD (Certified Practising Project Director), and am a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) by the UK Association for Project Management. Peter also sits on AIPM committees that review Australia's national project management standards, and he is a national project management assessor. He advises the LPM work streams for CLOC (Australia) and the Law Society of NSW and is also Vice-President of the Australian Society for Computers and the Law (NSW), and an editor of their journal. Krisson Nandha is the Transformation Lead at PwCis. He is an experienced advisor in transformation, with particular expertise is in continuous improvement (using lean, process improvement and design thinking methodology) and change management. He has delivered local and global transformations programs to clients across multiple industries including broadcast media, legal, food retail, hospitality, energy, utilities, minerals and oil and gas. He has run organisation diagnostics, developed transformation strategies and roadmaps, implemented large-scale change programs using continuous improvement methodology, and delivered the change management workstream for technology implementations.
