Firms like PwC understand it's much easier to
connect with real people than faceless social accounts.
Remember, references and referrals are just as
important when it comes to selling your firm as a great
place to work as they are when selling your services.
That's why PwC allows its people speak for themselves.
On its Life at PwC Instagram page, the firm hands over
the posting responsibility to a different team or team
member every so often, giving potential employees a
chance to experience a "day in the life" at PwC from
that team's perspective. Recently, the firm's chief digital
officer did a takeover when he visited the University of
Washington to discuss how technolo is transforming
the accounting profession. The firm's Tax Technology
team also took over the account to explain what the
team does, how its members collaborate and what skills
are necessary to join the team.
