12 Martina Ludvigova Martina Ludvigova is a lawyer and Head of Innovation and Strategic Engagement at the Law Society of New South Wales, the peak regulatory and membership body for the state's 34,000 solicitors and legal professionals. She is also responsible for design and implementation of the Law Society of NSW's Future of Law and Innovation in the Profession (FLIP) Project, supporting its members through the technological and innovative disruption facing the profession. Martina has experience in legal process improvement and legal service delivery and is passionate about technolo and innovation and how it can enhance legal service delivery. Hope Swancy-Haslam Hope Swancy-Haslam, CSPO, CEDS is the senior director of product marketing for OpenText's Security & Forensics business unit and is responsible for the oversight/ management of product marketing for the OT EnCase and Tableau product lines. Prior to joining OpenText, Hope was Vice-President at Stroz Friedberg and supervised the eDiscovery service line's product management efforts. Throughout her career, Ms. Swancy-Haslam has enjoyed staying on top of technolo trends for the legal, IT and governance communities and particularly the products and services in the eDiscovery, analytics, and security/forensics realms. She has created many advisory pieces, panels, and presentations on best-practices and enjoys staying sharp on these topics through her work with these professional communities. About the authors Arup Das Arup Das is CEO of Alphaserve Technologies. He is an expert in institutional-level technolo governance and operational risk management standards that are prevalent in hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds and global law firms. Das regularly writes and speaks for legal and other audiences on topics related to digital transformation. In 2018 he received the International Legal Technolo Association's Thought Leader of the Year award for his expertise and commitment to sharing his knowledge and insights about critical technologies and trends impacting the legal market, including artificial intelligence, data science and analytics, development operations, automation and innovation.
