Absolutely, absolutely. And it continues to be that way. We have to keep moving, keeping learning. I mean, that's what it's all about. And ILTACON is great because it provides face to face learning, but not everybody gets the opportunity to come to ILTACON. The local meetings are a way for the newer generations to participate. ILTA offers so much: mentorship, creative learning, community. I have found that ILTA members mix mentorship and technolo, learning and open discussion: It's not just where you are at your current firm, but where you could be. There are two sides to a glass room: someone is always looking in to see how to get in or how to get out. Is there an obligation there? There is an obligation to try it even if you're not on the other side of that glass to get someone else there because helping someone doesn't dull your shine. No, and I think that that's, you know, I think people will very much worried that if they give someone else the opportunity that, that opportunity is then going. Give light to someone else's candle, and then they'll light yours. And that's what I want to give to any of the of the folks that I have in my group or anyone that I meet: I want them to understand that I what you have inside of you and I want to help you get there. ILTA BD BD Bradelynn lives in central South Carolina and has three grown sons who have children of their own now. She very much enjoys her grandchildren and a variety of different very creative hobbies after many years of single parenthood. Her hobbies are varied and include acting, directing, video and commercial work, painting, reading, fishing and several other outdoor activities. Her volunteer work is currently focused on raising two therapy dogs and also includes working on a program of arts in the healing process.
