Part of my role as the Learning Management System (LMS)
Administrator and Technology Training Coordinator is to
encourage adoption of the LMS (we currently use viGlobal's
product) and develop best practices for its implementation.
To that end, I look for ways that the LMS can deliver content
and reporting that empowers managers and streamlines
workflows for all staff.
