Currently, we are trying a proof of concept and testing the system with RAVN's technology placed on top of a document set. The document set includes client guidelines, billing guidelines and similar forms. With a document library of client guidelines, RAVN's technology is searching through and extracting 15 key data points within the guidelines. This is using machine learning to identify the structure of the documents and provide a report of all data points that can be used for beer coordination with clients. The next steps will come in a couple of weeks when we aempt to partner the Handshake and RAVN technologies into our bigger practice environment. We will have the results of the proof of concept, and we will be able to determine if the technology will work in a way that allows us to implement the advancements to deliver the predictive analysis aorneys need while working on a case. Artificial Intelligence for the Future Artificial intelligence and machine learning will be incorporated into most law firms in the future. Robotics will not replace people in the practice of law, because there is still an essential human element to the practice. Limiting Infrastructure Needs We did not want yet one more environment sitting behind the firm's firewall, which is one reason we've partnered with RAVN for this proof of concept (POC). We've had lots of conversations about privacy and security, and there's no need to expend additional technology resources due to the RAVN's partnership with HighQ allowing for a cloud-based POC. I've learned from the past that any time I need infrastructure to develop a program, it takes far more time due to resource constraints. In fact, I encourage vendors to further unify their systems. Why wouldn't vendors such as Handshake, RAVN and others partner? Handshake has a reputation for strong search, and the next generation of search must include artificial intelligence natively within it. That would be even fewer infrastructures to incorporate and maintain. We should investigate how using advanced robotics can help us get to the facts faster and help us eliminate some of the tasks slowing down the rainmakers in our organizations. P2P
