WHAT IS THE EU?
The European Union (EU) is an economic and political union of
(currently) 28 countries, called "member states." It operates an internal
(or single) market which allows free movement of goods, capital,
services and people between member states.

With 40 years of experience at Allen & Overy, Vince Neicho is a recognized expert
in the fields of e-disclosure and document management. He is responsible for
document management across the global litigation department. He is a member
of the Judicial Working Party, led by the Senior Master, that drafted the Practice
Direction that governs the way e-disclosure is dealt with in English proceedings.
