Whether I'm building and working with conference committee teams; interacting
with ILTA staff; brainstorming session topics with committee members, peers and
vendors; selecting the best speakers to develop session content; or watching the
whole conference come together like magic in August, it is all an amazing journey
that I feel privileged and honored to be part of.
