Will your service encrypt our data in storage? How about in transit? Do you monitor account activity to check for strange logins, or is there a way for me to monitor my account activity myself? Where are your physical servers located? Will this service back up my data? Where are the backups stored? Are they encrypted? What will happen to my data if I terminate this service? Does your service support two-factor authentication? A reliable cloud service provider (CSP) will stand up to interrogation and prove itself worthy of your business.
