Any project you undertake is going to affect or be affected
by your processes. Looking at your firm's processes is vitally important:
If you don't know what they are, how informed and effective will your
projects and initiatives be? You need your processes to be documented
for business continuity and for succession planning. Documenting
processes also impacts training, my focus. Having processes
documented can be invaluable in training new people in your firm,
especially those who are directly involved in them.
