ABOUT THE AUTHORS BENNETT BORDEN is a partner at Williams Mullen and chair of the firm’s E-Discovery Practice Group. In addition to conducting both offensive and defensive electronic discovery in complex litigation, he counsels clients on the establishment of information governance and records management policies, procedure, and practices.
