Evan Shenkman leads the Knowledge Management, Innovation,
and Library functions at the 400+ attorney labor and employment
law firm Fisher Phillips, chairs its Innovation Committee, and won the
2020 Legal Innovator of the Year Award (Litera, Changing Lawyer
Awards). Before entering the KM field in 2011, Evan was an AV-rated
Shareholder and trial lawyer who litigated labor and employment
matters for over a decade.
Jennifer Mendez is the Director of Knowledge Management
Innovation at Fisher & Phillips LLP, a national labor and employment
law firm. In this role, one of her focuses is to build and foster a culture
of knowledge sharing and innovation. She has a passion for delivering
intuitive, innovative, and accessible solutions as evidenced by her
involvement with the design and development of an intranet that was
winner of the intranet innovation award from StepTwo Designs and
the first employment-specific heatmap tracking COVID-19-related
workplace litigation .
