107 I L T A N E T . O R G Meet Our ILTAns There are over 30,000 individuals I consider as ILTAns. We have individuals employed at member firms and corporate legal departments, individuals who work for our trusted business partners, professors at law schools, legal technology consultants, and so many more. And, that's not even counting the individuals who work for these firms and companies that don't know about ILTA yet! One of ILTA's goals is to increase the awareness of our members within and outside our ILTA Community. Enter the #MeetILTAns series on Instagram (@weareilta). Sprinkled throughout 2021, I have had the pleasure of highlighting ILTAns in hopes of giving a glimpse of who ILTAns are, what they, and legal technologists in general, do, and how ILTA impacts their life. It is a lighthearted way to highlight active ILTAns, job roles people might not be aware of, how ILTA can develop/help/enhance careers and organizations and have a little fun! (My favorite question may have been "If ILTA had a mascot, what would it be?") For 2022, we want to revitalize this series, but highlight tips and tricks you've learned along your experience about ILTA, our website and events, and your role. We'd love to showcase your experience and encourage others to get involved in our community. If you'd like to be highlighted, all we need is a photo (it could be a headshot or a candid photo from an ILTA event—or even a photo of your pet!), name, title, organization name, and answers to the following questions: • If you could only be a part of one ILTA Online Community, what would it be and why? • What is your favorite ILTA resource? • What is one tip you would offer to a new ILTA member or new-to- legal professional? • What's your favorite ILTA memory? • How would you describe ILTA in one word?
