We launched our Foundation resource center when the first group of early adopters entered the system. It included videos, quick reference cards, FAQs and more. We continually added to the center and adjusted the offerings based on ongoing feedback. COVID and Beyond While COVID meant we needed to unexpectedly postpone our firmwide rollout, we were able to use that time as a gift—incorporating additional feedback, providing more data of even higher quality, and lining up the right kind of support to quickly meet team needs. The pivot to a successful virtual training plan was possible via a focused marketing campaign and an intuitive system interface. The rollout also fulfills the project goal of providing instant access to data. People across the firm are now able to efficiently access the information they need to better serve our clients than ever before. A holistic view of our data and relevant, targeted experience at our fingertips, puts us in a superior position to take advantages of opportunities that come our way both during and after the pandemic.
