I would also put Clearview Social...the lawyers that use it are helping themselves immensely • Balance of updated technology and Analytics at our disposal. • Practice Pipeline, because our culture is focused on pipeline tracking • Foundation--broadest capabilities that benefit everyone in the firm. • Sitecore, it revamped and changed our external image. Enabled us to bring content authoring in-house. • Email campaign system because we used it so much in the late spring and early summer due to COVID. We were able to learn a lot about what was working and what wasn't. • website -- best utilized and easiest to maintain • Our website. That's the thing that clients, prospects, and referral sources interact with the most. • All our platforms have the potential to be more successful if we could fix the people and the thought processes. • It really depends on how you define success, but if I'm looking at it from the perspective of what our attorneys use and rely on most, I'd say our website. • InterAction. Whether the attorneys like it or not, everything flows through and/or touches InterAction. • Foundation. It's easy to use and very customizable. • Email marketing because we get the best insight as to what our clients and contacts are interested in • experience database • As of today it's PowerBI. It's capability for delivering information is fantastic, we are starting to route more and more lawyers there vs our core systems. • our website • CRM • email marketing platform. high adoption by users, great customer support by vendor and analytics. • Interaction - long time usage and multiple internal campaigns over the years to push user adoption. Fully- integrated with most systems within the firm. • Elevate • CRM and email Marketing platforms because they are used the most. • Email marketing is one of our most solid solutions we depend on everyday. However, we can't run email marketing without CRM and we can't be successful with out our proposal system.
