Schiappacasse is the Director of Client Development at Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, LLP, and is a strategy-driven, creative, passionate in-house legal client service and business development professional. With over thirteen years of experience in the legal industry, she is currently in a market-facing role focused on connecting the firm's clients with her attorneys, driving new business to the firm, executing on the firm's client feedback program, and coaching and supporting her attorneys in their business development initiatives. She also oversees the firm's positioning and exposure in the marketplace, brand awareness, pitches and proposals, and individual attorney and practice group-wide business development efforts. In prior roles, she has managed the firm's CRM, websites, advertising, rankings, content marketing efforts, social media outlets, event planning, PR and communications. Jenna is currently serving as President of the Mid-Atlantic Region Board of Directors for the Legal Marketing Association, and as an adjunct member of LMA's Advocacy Advisory Council. She is an avid writer and speaker on topics concerning legal sales and client-facing roles, advocacy within the legal marketing profession, and the business of the law firm. John Witts is Senior Marketing Technology Manager for Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, an AmLaw 100 firm. In his role, he manages development, maintenance and administration of the firm's marketing technology resources including the external website, blogs and other web properties, SEO and analytics, CRM and email marketing solutions, and others. He oversees intersections of marketing and technology with a focus on internal efficiencies and integration of technology to support the business development function at the firm. John is a founding co-chair of the Legal Marketing Association's Marketing Technology Shared Interest Group (SIG) and has previously held roles in LMA's Philadelphia Local Group as co-chair of the group's CRM SIG and as a member of the group's Website, Social Media & Video Committee. Laurie Paul Mittenthal serves as practice group director in Ice Miller's Intellectual Property Practice Group. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of administration and management for the Group. In her role, Laurie works closely with practice group and Firm leadership to design and implement strategic plans and develop innovative approaches to business operations and development, all driven by the voice of the client. Laurie has held leadership positions in marketing and business development in professional services organizations for almost 20 years, the past 15 spent in the legal industry. Prior to joining Ice Miller, she oversaw the operations, marketing and business development activities of the IP and Regulatory practices of an international law firm. Laurie also led the development and implementation of client experience initiatives. Laurie is a past president of the Capital Chapter (now part of the Mid-Atlantic Region) of the Legal Marketing Association. Laura Gracey is the Director of Marketing and Business Development Operations at Baker Botts L.L.P. with more than 15 years of experience working in a legal marketing and business development capacity. In her current role, she focuses on directing operations of the marketing and business development functions of the client relations department to achieve strategic and operational business goals. In collaboration with internal stakeholders, including firm leadership, knowledge services, accounting, IT and other administrative departments, she plays a significant role in developing and maintaining operational efficiencies, delivering on brand, and supporting lead generation implementation for the firm.
