Formerly an executive at Accenture, for the past nine years he has worked with top-tier law firms, specializing in strategy, business process re- engineering, and operational improvement. Steve Gluckman is the founder of LawFirmElearning and the co-author of E-Learning for Law Firms, a best-selling book published by the American Bar Association. He led all Professional Development and Talent Management for Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, and has also supported scores of AmLaw 200 firms with a variety of award-winning online learning initiatives. Steve also serves as a Senior Fellow at Harvard's Center for Business and Government Arup Das is CEO of Alphaserve Technologies. He is an expert in institutional level technology governance and operational risk management standards that are prevalent in hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds and global law firms. Mr. Das holds an MBA from Cornell University and sits on its Board of Entrepreneurship; he also has a Masters in Analytics from Villanova University where he is an advisor for their Center of Business Intelligence. Jennifer Cuenot leads McDermott, Will & Emery's Global IT Support organization; providing white glove support to more than 2,500 attorneys and staff in 20 locations across the world. She is a featured speaker in connection with user adoption of technology, cyber security awareness, project management, outsourcing, and learning and development at ILTA and LegalTech conferences. Jen won the ILTA 2015 Support Professional of the Year and the HDI Elite CSAT 50 Award.
